We offer a range of fixed-price services for common ailments such as viruses and driver issues.

Virus removal

Fixed price virus removal

If you know or suspect your PC or Laptop is infected with a virus or spyware, we can remove it and check your PC is left clean for £49.99. In some cicumstances, if your PC is heavily infected or has slowed down to the point where running our software is imopssible, it may be neccessary to perform a full Windows reinstall (see below).

Factory restore/Windows reinstall

If your PC is extremely slow, heavily infected with malware, or has corruption of the Operating System to the point where vital drivers and configuration files are not present, it will be neccessary to perform a re-installation of Microsoft Windows and all neccessary drivers and software packages. For this we will require you to have a valid license for all software to be installed including Microsoft Windows.

General Hardware/Software problems

Fixed Price Diagnosis

Helps you to assess whether it is cost-effective to repair or better value to replace your PC, which could be the case if your PC is an older model. We offer this service for just £30, and this charge is waived if you choose to proceed with the repair, or purchase one of our replacement PCs.

New PC Set-up and Configuration

When you buy a new PC from us, we include delivery, and set-up in the purchase price. For a limited time, with any PC purchase with Microsoft Windows® 8.1we are also offering FREE software installation of Microsoft Windows®, OpenOffice suite and anti-malware software including anti-virus and firewall (normally £30).

If you've purchased a new PC elsewhere and would like us to set it up for you, we charge £29.99 for this service.

Data Transfer

If you've purchased a new PC and want us to transfer your saved files and bookmarks from your old PC to your new one, we charge £39.99 for this. Even if your old PC will no longer turn on, or load Windows, as long the data has not been erased or corrupted, we can still transfer it for you. If you take the New PC Set-up with Data Transfer the total cost is £49.99.

Upgrades

Hardware upgrade

New printer? Upgrade to make your PC Wi-Fi compatible? Or perhaps you require more RAM? This service covers a single hardware upgrade (not including parts), for a CPU + Motherboard for example we would need to quote on an individual basis.

Software installation

Whether you're taking up a new hobby using your PC or work requires you to use new software, or perhaps your child's school recommended a software package, we can install and configure it for you.
